The owners and developers of Winston Farm, which spans 800 acres, are proposing the following.

 

· 30-acre indoor water park resort

· 42-acre amphitheater and event center

· 32-acre tech and business park

· 500 units of multifamily housing on 50 acres

· 71 single family homes

· boutique hotel

· “adventure park resort”

This huge proposal will overwhelm 212 and Route 32 and drastically impact all of our community in Saugerties.
